solely economy, but also socio - economic and environmental policies
should be more and more based on scientific knowledge. On the other
hand we are facing times, when events and processes are extremely
difficult to predict. However, more uncertainty means that we should
constantly keep asking ourselves "do we know where we are going?".
Outstanding Polish economists, sociologists and management specialists
will seeks answers to this question during an interdisciplinary
conference, transmitted online. The event is held on the occasion of
the jubilee of Professor Andrzej K. Ko¼miński, and its moderator is
