Tashkent, May 2003. Uzbekistan Prime Minister Utkir T. Sultanov was especialy interested in "Strategy for Poland" and in our way to economical sucess. He had also presented his estimation of Uzbekistan economic growth perspectives in compare with other Central Asia post-socialists economies

Premier of Luxembourg -- Jean-Claude Juncker -- serves also as a Finance Minister of country with the highest GDP per capita in the European Union. Among just seven prime ministers during the post-war period in Luxembourg as many as five of them have been acting before, or while chairing the government, as the finance ministers

During the first mission in Polish Government in 1994-97, when "Strategy for Poland" was implemented, GDP per capita had increased by as much as 28 percent. Second mission in 2002-03 -- when the "Program for Reforming the Public Finance" has been invented -- the rate of growth of industrial output jumped from -0,4 percent in 2nd quarter of 2002 to about 9 percent a year later!
